Michael Wilbourn joined Matheson Trucking in 1998 as Director of Human Resources. His responsibilities include compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, development of policies and procedures, and management training.

Prior to joining Matheson, Michael held the Senior Human Resources Manager positiion with a tecommunications firm in the Bay Area. He has also functioned as the Vice President of Human Resources for two firms in the healthcare industry and one retail operations company.

Michael has a Masters degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento.
