Matheson Postal Services transports mail for the United States Postal Service (USPS) across the nation. In the past few years, our territory has expanded considerably. From primarily operating in the just the West, we now operate from coast to coast.

Matheson Postal Services is one of the largest contract carriers for the USPS. We provide local, intermediate, long-haul, and trans-continental services throughout the year. In addition to transporting mail, we also operate special projects for the USPS. These projects include truck terminal operations, roller-bed transportation, mail sorting, material handling, and labor contracts.

Matheson Flight Extenders specializes in terminal handling and ground support services for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other commercial carriers. Today we serve 16 cities across the United States.

Terminal Handling and Cargo Acceptance
Our terminal handling services incorporate all the daily functions of terminal operations. This involves receiving and shipping activities, loading and unloading trailers, and dispatching outbound loads. Also included are scanning materials, additional cargo acceptance, cargo build up, and break bulk activities. Product warehousing is another aspect of this service.

Aircraft Ground Support Services
Matheson Flight Extenders is a fully capable ground support company. We are able to load and unload cargo aircraft, provide load planning, and calculate weight and balance when required. These services coupled with our terminal handling services allow us to provide an all inclusive airline experience.

Trucking Operations
As a division of Matheson Trucking, we are able to offer ancillary trucking services, both long haul and short haul, in a dry van or roller-bed style of operation.
