About The Job

Matheson is looking for Class A Team Driver for our route out of Des Moines, IA.

  • Over-The-Road (OTR) position, driving with a co-driver.

We offer the following for Class A Drivers at Matheson:

  • US Mail Hauling
  • Dedicated runs
  • Hourly wages paid weekly
  • 24×7 Call Center Support

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $32.97 per hour with benefits
  • $40.28per hour with benefits waived for the first 40 hours then $32.97 for remaining hours.
  • Refer a Driver and receive an additional $3500paid out while they complete their first year.


  • Dedicated, Des Moines, IA to Salt Lake City, UT and back


  • Sun Work 7:30 AM Will be in Pinegrove swapping trailers
  • Monday Off
  • Tuesday Work- 7:30 AM Des moines
  • Wednesday 7:30 AM Work SLC
  • Thursday Work 7:30 AM Des Moines
  • ;Firday Work 7:30 AM SLC
  • Saturday Work 7:30 AM Pine Bluff swapping trailers.

Job Requirements


  • 21 years or older with a valid Class A Driver’s license
  • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
  • Operate manual transmission
  • Clean driving record
  • 3 years of continuous US residency, USPS requirement
  • No Smoking in Truck
