About The Job

Matheson is looking for Ground Handlers for our location in Portland, OR.

  • Ground Handlers operate ground handling equipment for the loading/unloading of cargo aircraft, including cargo and belt loaders, lift trucks, ramp tractors and aircraft loading systems. Load/unload palletized freight using deck loaders, belly loaders, tugs, and forklifts to transport it between aircraft and airport terminals, air cargo facilities, and other aircraft.

Schedule:

  • Ground Handler to work both shifts or separately:

AM – Monday 6:00 – 9:00 AM; Tues – Friday 7:30 – 10:30 AM
PM -Mon – Friday 4:30 – 7:30 PM

  • *Start/end times may vary due to operational demand & schedule availability based on operational demand.

Compensation:

  • $21 hourly
  • Weekly pay

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs
  • Must be able to work one of the schedules listed
  • Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle-high boots)
