About The Job

Matheson is looking for Lead Ground Handler for our location in Sacramento, CA location for our Amerijet contract.

  • As a Lead Ground Handler, you will oversee, facilitate, and lead the work of the station’s Ground Handlers/Mail sorters while assisting them load and unload mail in and out of trucks and/or aircraft containers, driving efficiency and productivity at your assigned warehouse station.

We offer the following for Lead Ground Handlers at Matheson:

  • Hourly wages paid weekly
  • Competitive pay and benefits

Compensation:

  • $21.50 hourly rate

Schedule:

  • May vary depending on operational demand

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Any prior leadership role experience
  • Previous experience directing the work of others and communicating daily productivity goals
  • Must be able to work one of the schedules listed
  • Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle-high boots)
