Lead Material Handler

Matheson is looking for an experienced Lead Material Handler for our Spokane, WA location.
We offer the following for Lead Material Handlers at Matheson:

  • Hourly wages paid weekly
  • Competitive pay and benefits

As a Lead Material Handler, you will oversee, facilitate, and lead the work of others to drive efficiency and productivity.

Original Pay Rate: $16.91 per hour PLUS $4.54 hourly Health & Welfare benefit stipend for up to 40 hours.

Seasonal Pay Rate: This will last until January with a possibility of it becoming permanent
$19.91per hour PLUS $4.54hourly Health & Welfare benefit stipend for up to 40 hours.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience directing the work of other and communicating daily productivity goals
  • Schedules to include working evenings/overnight
  • Safety focused
  • Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle high boots)
  • Dependability
  • Attention to detail
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • USPS requirements for handling mail are 3years of continuous US residency
