About The Job

Matheson is looking for Lead Material Handlers for our location in Sharon Hill, PA for our THS station.

  • As a Lead Material Handler, you will oversee, facilitate, and lead the work of the station’s Material handlers/Mail sorters while assisting them load and unload mail in and out of trucks and/or aircraft containers, driving efficiency and productivity at your assigned warehouse station.

Schedule:

  • Part time: Tue-F & Sun: 5pm-End of shift
  • End of shift may vary depending based on operational demand

Compensation:

  • $16.50 hourly + $4.54 hourly stipend
  • $16.50 is the base hourly rate, plus the additional benefit stipend paid out for the first 40 hours worked per week.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Any prior leadership role experience
  • Previous experience directing the work of others and communicating daily productivity goals
  • Must be able to work one of the schedules listed
  • Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle-high boots)
  • USPS requirements for handling mail are 5 years of continuous US residency
