About The Job

Matheson is looking fo Temporary PTMaterial Handlers for our location in Richmond, VA for our THS contractwhich will be till trough the end of June.

  • Material Handlers are responsible for loading and unloading mail in and out of trucks and/or aircraft containers. Warehouse experience is not required.

We offer the following for Material Handlers at Matheson:

  • Hourly wages paid weekly
  • Competitive pay and benefits

Compensation:

  • $13.82 base hourly rate
  • Health & Welfare benefit stipend of $4.54 per hour for the first 40 hours worked per week.
  • A percentage of H&W is invested as a contribution toward employees’ 401K. For more information, please speak to a Recruiter.

Schedule:

  • Option 1:Tuesday – Sunday: 7:00 PM-10:00 PM
  • Option 2:Tuesday – Sunday: 12:00 Am-5:00 AM
  • Start/end times may vary depending on operational demand

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs.
  • Must be able to work one of the schedules listed
  • Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle-high boots)
  • USPS requirements for handling mail are 5 years of continuous US residency
