About The Job

Matheson is looking for Material Handlers for our location in Sacramento, CA for our STC contract.

  • Material Handlers are responsible for loading and unloading mail in and out of trucks and/or aircraft containers. Warehouse experience is not required.

Schedule:

  • 6 AM to 2:30 AM
  • 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  • 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
  • Weekends are part of the schedule
  • *Start/end times may vary depending on operational demand

Compensation:

  • $20.00 hourly + $4.54 hourly stipend
  • $20.00 is the base hourly rate, plus the additional benefit stipend paid out for the first 40 hours worked per week.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs
  • Must be able to work one of the schedules listed
  • Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle-high boots)
  • USPS requirements for handling mail are 5 years of continuous US residency
