Matheson Appoints Marcos Kropf as General Counsel and Director of Legal Services

SACRAMENTO, CA – Matheson Trucking Inc. has appointed Marcos Kropf as its new General Counsel and Director of Legal Services effective July 19th, 2021.

Kropf joins Matheson with over 25 years of legal experience representing businesses, public entities, and their governing boards, on a broad range of legal matters. Most recently Kropf served as County Counsel for Colusa County before leaving that position to join Matheson. He brings his extensive expertise in litigation, contracting, employment law, and business transactions to Matheson and its companies.

In his new role, Kropf will represent Matheson Trucking, Inc. and its companies including Matheson Postal and Flight Extenders, managing their day-to-day legal operations including litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters.
